YouTube video and/or a female muscle video making company I'm trying to recall

So this is probably going to be a fairly vague description, as I reckon if I had keywords I'd be able to find it on YouTube/Google.

Ok, so the video on youtube I believe starts with an…Entertainment Tonight segment from what looks like late 80s/early 90s about FBBs, and then goes onto showing a number of clips from a studios repetoire of stuff.

One of these clips involves a trailer I saw a few years back about a small guy going to see a psychiatrist who ends up being big buff, and another involves this clip which I have seen around the web alot:

A musuclar secretary beats up her small boss

Now if anyone could help me out to find out any info, it would be greatly appreciated. The psychiatrist one I've been looking for on and off for a few years.
